Quick-charges like that are beyond the scope of batteries. You're into capacitor tech at that point, and TSLA is not going ot change the laws of physics to bring that into reality.

A great number of scientific minds has been working on that type of recharging system for a very long time, and they haven't been able to get around the hard limits of science and materials.

If TSLA wanted to waste a bunch more money on this, they could buy out a company called EESTOR, who thought they had something, and got rich telling people they figured it out, but in the end it was all smoke.
