@ Canaken1. Well after approximately a year, the first SpinCo got listed on The CSE under the symbol CBII. Regarding the offering of "Unacted Shares" they are offered to those that owned TFS previously. I don't consider myself as a part of the "Special Group of Investors". I'm assuming that everyone that own these SpinCos received a letter from their broker regarding " A Subscription Offering" for CB2 INSIGHTS INC. with an offer expiration date of May 07, 2019 @ 5:00 pm EDT. Regarding grandchildren in your comment (with all Due Respect), I cannot agree with you, children maybe! Remember that CBII is providing services rather than the product!! This is just my opinion. As always I recommend everyone to do their own research and DD. GLTA.
