I guess you didnt see the LAST PR it states the deal value of 172 or 173 mill....that doesnt make sense with todays value!!!!...I just dont get what part you guys cant get...my math is correct of friday closing numbers....that deal is worth 250 mill...NOT 172/173 mill....all I care is if I get .8377 per share in TODAYS prices providing that the market markers dont bring Alef stock price down to 2 dollar range, then we are not getting a good deal out of it...
