I certainly cheer for ''honest'' optimism !!

None of us knows exactly 'who' or 'how many' hide behind the delightful ''Anonymous'' designation....but allow me an observation.

During the months of January & February 2019 the dreaded 'anonymous' were 'net sellers' of some 900,000 shares of ART...and during the month of March they are, so far, 'net buyers' of approximately 12,000 shares.

I'm not sure that at this point, those numbers are exactly what I'd call a ringing endorsement from the dreaded #1 !!!
