Not sure.

I am currently watching those trades. The volume is so low!
No regular buy from anyone. Seems like it is still under the radar of the institutions.
None currently holding a significant part... except IQ.

I am pretty bullish with the short interest being 0.04% of the float.
We only need a 300k $ buy to wipe most sellers. 
I also like that directors are into a share buying program since the announcement in january.

Let's see how this goes.... market cap @ 40m is really interesting for a takeover of the patents regardless of the sales. I believe Rumble's guidance will be the most interesting part of the earnings since he got already 2 and a half month of selling in 2019...
