interesting comment to note re La Negra...

In the Morgan Interview ..PAAS will likely make a final decsion this month as there is a $400k payment due on the third aniiversary which would be this month. This would prob not be included in a PR... but it will likely signal if PASS intends to complete the deal.

Then to complete there is another 7M due on completion... so finances looking very strong.
