I think Heidelberg Pharma will take over APC

I think Heidelberg Pharma will take over APC And will get listed on NYSE or Nasdaq.  They planing the IND status from FDA for HDP-101 (Multiple Myelom) in Q2 2019. This is a perfect opertunity for them to get listed in North America either buy a RTO of APC  and getting listed in Canada and eventualy US or take out APC for $30 million and work on listing in US.
