I believe PSF pays rent to VFF which would come out of those profits and go to VFF.
My hope is that eventually EMH goes for an uplisting. Right now I am happy to accumulate at the low share price. Once people realize this is the other half of the JV that is Pure Sunfarms we should see some action. EMH produces value added products and once the government opens up the market for distillates etc sales will grow expedentially. 
I owned both but sold VFF last at $8.80 with hopes of buying back in on a dip which sadly I missed. I have held EMH for well over a year now and have always felt that they were building a great company that is focused on the right markets. My only issue with EMH is that the management has never done a good job of promoting the company and are slow to and fail to capitalize on good news. This is nothing new, EMH has always gone the opposite of the rest of the cannabis companies.
