RE:RE:CEO’s History Raises QuestionsWhat I hear you saying is that because he wasn’t charged criminally and continues to be allowed to operate as a CEO of a publically traded company, you aren’t concerned by the article. I would note that the right to be a CEO doesn't grant the competence to be one or even good intentions of one looking out for the best interest of shareholders. I’ve contacted investor relations for a response but haven’t heard back yet. Unless they can off a counter narrative that mitigates this I can’t invest and would advise caution to others.
