Its Black Fly Property is located in the developing Atikokan gold mining camp along and within the Marmion Lake Fault Zone, approximately 13.6 kilometers southwest along strike of Agnico Eagle’s Hammond Reef Gold Deposit.

Private placement will be more like 20 cents.... this stock has been sleeping off the radar for some time.I have been picking it up for over a year now.. They were talking about the Serpent River property at last years PDAC and now have great pictures of the deposit.I hear thar Yale an Giribadi are looking at this now. The real extra "kicker is their rare earth roperty in BC where Defence Minerals is begining a big push. So 5 cents is way out of the picture. !
