RE:RE:DEJAVU all over again!!!Just waking up here and seen the news... ran the numbers really quick.. looks like a low ball offer IMO... I'm with stockmoves, its a NO VOTE.  

We can pass on this one and HIP will be on the radar of more companies looking to buy and we will get a much better offer IMO
