Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:Today, ACB will be worth more than APHA

RE:RE:RE:Today, ACB will be worth more than APHAThe Constellation deal caused WEED to gap up from $32 to $41 the day it was announced. Then it ran to about $70.

The Cronos deal caused a relatively small gap up, endured consolidation and ran from about $17 to $30.

If Aphria gets a deal of similar size soon maybe we'll gap up to about $16-$18 then run to $30+.

Hmm I wonder what the smart thing would be to do? Bag hold and pray so I don't miss out on a few dollar gap up? Or do what smart investors would do and buy the news around $17 and let it ride to $30+. Seems like I can easily double my money again if I just sit in cash and wait for a deal to happen with zero risk. Of course there are many ways this could play out, we could be bought out in full, we could run to $16-$18 before a deal even happens and gap up to $22. Or we could not get a deal at all and we'll just have to hold long trading at bottom line fundamentals. Thoughts? There's too much money to be made in this industry and I want to play things right going forward. Too many mistakes in the past.
