Warrants

WarrantsI just did a quick calculation for warrants... If I understand correctly my $1 Strike Price Warrant with an expiration of 2023 will now get me 0.06332 of a share of HEXO for the same $1.

I bought my HIP warrants at one of their lowest points... $.14 per warrant and I bought 10000 of them... so an investment of $1400 CAD.

If they do a straight swap with warrants the same as they are doing with stocks I will have the option to convert 10000 HIP Warrants to 633.2 HEXO Warrants between now and 2023 for $10 000.

So I convert between now and 2023 my 633.2 HEXO Warrants will cost me (buying cheap at $.14 per HIP warrant) $11400 CAD.

So while I needed HIP to be trading at $1.14 a share to be "making my money back" even if you don't count a time premium... I will now need HEXO to be trading at $18 a share between now and 2023 to get any profit at all, and again, I bought my warrants for CHEAP

Yup... Warrant holders are getting bent over HARD on this deal.

Good thing we don't have a vote. :)
