Dividend levels

Dividend levelsA company like Fortis  with a great reputation is commanding a dividend of 3.8%   so  even with confidence restored a few quarters out   a dividend of 4% is about as high as the market will bear I think for ALA.  That allows the SP to become $24.00

However as their payout ratio is now so low and going lower with growth, I think they may want to stimulate interest in the stock and further restore confidence by a series of div increases in advance of the three year plan  that showedno necessary  dividend raises which they identified last Dec.  However during the CC they also said that future dividend increases would parallel increases in FFO  - so this leaves them well positioned and likely to increase sooner rather than later.  I note that a 10 cent monthly dividend allows the stock to rise to $30 before it  drops again to a 4% yield.

Patience...
