The Company’s investment adviser is Merk Investments LLC.

I think it must be a delicate subject at the moment... I would advise you to call IR (Investor Relations) and ask your questions about this subjet, they will have a clear anwser for you and this will avoid speculation and wrong information being spread out...

I've called them before and they are super friendly and helpfull, if you do call them please post your findings here !
