Step one of the buyout appoint someone from Anglo to the board as Chairman, step 2 has something to with the $30M propspectus. It's been probably hanging around $2 waiting for securities approval, $2 will be probably be on it but what will the $30M be used for? Funds for Anglo to continue with? expand the parcel by purchasing more claims? or an personal opportunity for individuals involved at Anglo?
