follow your ideas.
Maybe you can start a shareholders request with a lot of support to convince Mr Hinse to do a right offering that only apply to old shareholders. The right offering should include no commission of 10% to finders fee.
If you can convince shareholders to participate , maybe there will not be a need from management to do a pp in december and do financing at a discount.
All that is needed is to do a pp in summer or before , when the price is low and give every shareholders the option to participate at current price with warrants reasonably priced( and limit the participation to % of already owned shares and exclude management from participation)..
Such an option could eliminate the need to borrow at a higher price.
A few millions $ could push Abcourt into a more optimist view from present and future shareholders .
If ever you can start a project i will be the first toconfirm my participation if the price is not above market share price.
