I was just cruising around today and discovered this royalty company (it happens to be performing well).What blew me away however is that Maverix has a 6% gross revenue royalty and a 1.5% nsr on gold production from the beta hunt mine .These are extremely high royalties and I have never seen any so high in any of the investments that I have .Perhaps this is common knowlege but I was certainly not aware .There are so many garbage notes on this site its a total waste of time to look at them all .Since the price of this company is going down its apparent that the posters have no influence ,they primarily consist of shareholders already trying to persuade others to buy and push the price higher so they can sell at a profit.If one is a believer in the beta hunt mine Maverix is probably a good way to own a piece with less risk .On the Maverix website they also mention that beta hunt updated resource will be available at the end of the second quarter ,a few months from now .
