RE:HIP has known since Nov 2018 about this..I hear you...but realistically, what could they do?? share buy-back? of course not...HEXO would run then and they wanted the cash they get out of the deal.  If anything the prospect of the deal and the terms operating within tied their hands to do anything to actually help Joe retail investor.
