The Company invests approximately 80% of its total assets in common shares or securities convertible into common shares of companies engaged, directly or indirectly, in the exploration, mining or processing of gold, silver, platinum, diamonds or other precious minerals; held as bullion or other direct forms of gold, silver, platinum or other precious minerals; in instruments representing interests in gold, silver, platinum or other precious minerals, and/or in securities of investment companies, including exchange traded funds, or other securities. The Company’s investment adviser is Merk Investments LLC.

RE:Q4/annual results on sedar.

The audited Nov 30 2018 FS just released were NEVER expected to capture any material revenue, which started in December.

It is the Q1 FS for the 3 months ended Feb 28 2019 that the market is anticipating, and they are due to be released by end of April latest, so still up to 6 weeks away. Probably a couple of weeks earlier however is likely.
