Thread of Hope?

Hopefully things start falling into place soon. Let's watch for MOU with the Inuit. Once that is done I think we'll see a domino effect. No one wants to proceed without the local community on board. Once CCE has that the gov't will committ to infrastructure investment such as roads. Then the investments will start coming from the majors. Let's hope they can deliver.
