1.  Cultivation/sales
2. Oil production 
3.  BC and Saskatchewan Rec Sales 
4.  Cash flow of some sort. 
5.  Cash in the bank for a capital project. 
6.  Tier 1 venture company. 

and the kicker is this is a world opening market. 

Very interesting story.
