They covered the Stream thing in the C Call.  If my understanding is correct,  Stream had to go for a financing that valued their company lower than anticipated.  ITC wrote down their Stream investment accordingly.  That being said I seemed to be left with the understanding that Stream will offset the lowered share pricce financing value by providing ITC with more shares.  This could still come back as an ITC win someday, but.....  Also the additional purchases commitment is still there.

Why did this have to happen in Q4  earnings?  My guess is they are trying to keep the bablance sheet as clean as possible given the whole Roth Capital thing. 

In the C Call they were asked by the Echelon Parters guy about the whole Strategic Plan, etc. and what kind of partner, etc. they are looking for.  The answer if I remember correctly is they are looking for somebody in the same space they are in.

I too would love anyone's take on the release and C Call.
