I wouldn't say no news is good news. It's been a year (almost to the day) that EAT originally announced the GT acquisition. Each passing day without a deal closure announcement leaves me to believe there were issues with their paperwork. It's already happened a few times before so I wouldn't be surprised. I know they gave an update a couple months ago that everything was submitted but I just wish this was a higher priority to them. Financially speaking this isn't a major acquisition, but operationnally it's pretty significant. Shouldn't have taken a year that's all (and counting).
