RE:book valuePalladium trending for a new high in a few more days.  That should help out the Vectorvest valuation.  I just added a bit.  It's hard to find anything else out there with better value.  TCO looks good but a few hurdles.  Still not the safety here.  RNX looks like it might move fairly soon .  All being said, this is still my favorite.
