RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Something to ponder Thanks for the conversation, I am enjoying reading your comments.  Both are making some good points.

About Elcora, they're not a real company.  They're a bunch of intellectuals who decided to start a company to build their research.  But intellectuals are usually poor salespeople and are not necessarily good at BUILDING a business.

There are personalities now in JV graphite.  There are the innovators / research companies like Elcora and SJL. Their issue is someone to buy into what they're doing and sales.  Too bleeding edge,  There are the companies with amazing graphite but is having a hard time getting into production like CCB and Zenyatta.  They have amazing graphite but if they can't get into production then who cares.  There are the Quebec based companies where Quebec is mining friendly and willing to help out.  They're not feasible but if you get in and out at the right time it's a trader's dream.  Institutions give them money.  There are African mines where the capex and opex is small like Nextsource and DNI.  Their problem is they're in Africa and third world countries are tough to get thing moving along.

I agree with Bueboy that Novocarbon has no assets without Lochaber.  They are more like matchmakers, bringing people together who are able to do more together then by themselves.  You can do well as a matchmaker and the right marriage can bring positive results.  Or they're like agents who represent one party and help put them in the right position.  Also needed.  So yep it's a service but a service needed for graphite JVs right now which are so dysfunctional.  And like uncleron said, the world is going to need more graphite - very, very soon.  They're going to need battery grade graphite.  But these companies that will need it are not being nearly proactive enough.  When they do become proactive, eventually, the only choice is really Novocarbon.  The US govt need to wake up before it's too late.  That is the Novocarbon advantage but it's going to take time and we have to hope they stay solvent.
