RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Warning - ISS Glass seagull recommendationAscot engineering reports are on hold because if Ascot secures IDM then your mine plan shifts to mine IDM resources first since the environmental approvals are in place already. That saves Ascot at least 12 months in schedule, and M+I resource allows Ascot to borrow funds rather than dilute the share base. This is the value that IDM brings to Ascot and is not understood by Ascot shareholders.

Ascot shareholders should review the latest interview with Derek and listen to it objectively. Together this is a great merger. However, I have voted NO since the current offer does not reflect the value of M+I resource and environmental approvals.

Ascot needs IDM to get to their target of 200k oz/yr. Otherwise they are looking at half that rate initially and once cashflow starts then maybe drilling can increase reserves looking 3 or 4 years out from today.

Acot does not need IDM to be successful that is for certain but the timeline definitely moves forward and the plans can be more aggressive. It is time for Ascot shareholders to acknowledge the value of IDM since so far I have not seen a siingle comment from them stating why Ascot made the offer. Believe me it was not out of kindness of that I am certain.

Sweeten the offer and you have my shares. I risk losing my investment if I resist. It is high time the other large shareholder made its intentions clear so other investors can follwo their lead. Otherwise we may be forced to change our votes at the last minute. In fact, that is my plan unless I see some opposition forming. I cannot win this battle but let's just say I gave it a good try from my desktop here. Call me an idiot ... ha ha ... not something I hear very often ... more likely you just do not understand my complex strategies and my objectives are different than yours.

Good luck to you. We all have to do what is best for ourselves.
