RE:RE:DAMN ITUnderwater a bit as well.... BUT... I have no idea where that alarming math and 40% figure comes from... they are issuing 460,000 shares for the Kanna acquisition ... that is just over 1% of existing shares... (41.25 MM). Stock dilution from this would be minimal... and the acqusition adds value. I don't see how dilution from this acqusition could possibly be driving the decline... the pendng stock lock-up expiration may be having an  impact.  I'm holding, as others mentioned... there are some politial heavyweights involved in this stock... would be hard to believe it's all smoke and mirrors.
