RE:RE:RE:Meir is Building Support for Proxy

RE:RE:RE:Meir is Building Support for ProxyMr Meir, might have made a Faustian bargain when he sold 30% of his private Medison in return for public 7% of GUD. Further we do not know the ownership structure of Medison. Meir may have many many reasons why he wants out, he is a very successful smart person and he is not going to show all of his cards to anyone. He makes good points in his arguments to improve GUD but why did he want out a Year ago and than he took another Year for these current actions? I do not know why as it is his private business but I do have sympathy for him more so because when you sell 30% of your private company it may not be a good business idea if in the future you decide to buy the 30% back or if you want to go public and or do other things with your company. Tolstoy once said that many marriages amounted to “trying to swim with a rock hanging in your neck”
Why should GUD sell cheap or sell the 30% back to Medison at all especially if Medison is doing so well as he claims. The poker game will continue for a while and do not exclude Medison to re-embracing GUD again with minor changes. I am sure GUD board will not sell the 30% cheap or at all why should they. It pays a nice div and its appreciating
There is always two side to a story, enjoy the drama while it last.
