At the end of the day its the ratio that was set. 0.06332. or inversley 15.79. Price does not matter as the intrisic value and % remain the same. Its all flow through and normalized.

You're not sure about a few things. It's a simple transfer of warrants at a set price. This has nothing to do with the share price..
