RE:Sources in the high financials district says

RE:Sources in the high financials district saysThat is not the worst case... Get a grip, this is finance and it's a blood sport - nobody cares about our feelings getting hurt.

Worst case is that NMX becomes a Debtor in Possession because NMX dragged their feet too long, or a recession hits and sources of capital dry up, or any another supplier floods the market for 2 years, or any 10s of other different trade, regulatory or default scenerios occur which totally mothball this project 6-12months.

Bond holders take over the assets while the common holders getting goose-egged.

It is a really nasty way for one of the partners (a majority holder of the bond) to take over the whole package for 1/2 the 0.80c price you quoted. Smart money would buy up a majority of the bond issue and wait for nothing to happen, they their interest+principle if something does happen. On the other hand, they get to laugh on their way to the bank as they deposit our "equity" into their bank account (at 11% a year) interest while they wait it out their acquisition of the assets.

While you wait, fly overseas on that fat interest payment to wine/dine + back-room some little sweetheart deals with the other majority equity holders, keep calm and profit on. Management made their cash in options and salary already, they shrug and move onto to another company that they are already board members of.

All I'm saying is NMX needs $$ more than the market needs the assets at present time, today. In 5-10 years that is a different story, a major could buy these assets and spin up production in a year if the market required. I have said before and now repeating this project's financing has nearer term problems than any pie in the sky 5-10 year estimate.

That is the worst case, I suggest you wake up to it or you might end up sleeping in your telsa under a bridge.
