RE:Richmond facilityAt a small fraction of the size of Delta 2 and similar price.  But will there be cost over-runs?  And what will be the actual costs of production be compared to what Delta 2 would have been?

Why would they go ahead with this project instead of Delta 2?  Oh wait, isn't the company leasing the land from the CEO?  I'm sure he's giving the company a great deal...  Gotta love all those related party transactions, always in the best interests of shareholders.
