  I think you'll find if the price isn't where Glencore wants it to be then that Cobalt will not be made availible,  they will have "issues" with the ion exchanger...........or something else.   Supply got ahead of demand but this can be easily rectified given the exponential demand curve.  I agree though,  we wont see 40+ this year in all probability.  I do expect a return to perhaps 30 though.
