RE:WAITING FOR A BUYOUTGassy assets with a lot of propane and butane exposure which is a pretty shity part of the barrel stack to be in right now. Western Canadian storage levels of C3 and C4 are massively higher than a year ago, over 80% higher. 

Much better assets out there, like super liquids rich (condensate) Montney assets in the right area codes like PIPE trading at a much lower valuation,  even CR and these are companies without a terminal debt event upcoming. 

Assets are average. The debt here is cataclysmic.
