Thanks for the well thought out post. You and I and some others on this forum have spoken to the dangers of asociation with Rio Tinto for years ,they squashed us once and would do it again in a blink. It was ilegal last time ,if we were to sign into a JV with Rio they would control us ,and make no mistake about the fact that they would do it.

I believe Tim has his Rio nightmares often ,and would not entertain any JV talks with them.
