Hey Moulouk, A quick search of Sedi.ca reveals that Kiril, for example, owns 357,500 shares of gma, and only 163,500 shares of ktr. Perhaps insiders feel they own enough gma and want more ktr exposure? Not sure that insiders buying ktr is an indication that gma's future is not looking bright. I personally agree with Cross that all the recent news releases, while not material per se, are a good indication that management isn't worried about scale up abilities and are positioning for the future. Hi eternalalone.
There could be quite a few reasons insiders buy a stock over another one. Diversification is one. Not allowed to trade could be another. We can speculate a long time on the reasons. The same reasons may even apply to all the insiders that bought KTR instead of GMA (as they were more than one). In terms of probability though, I think (and it is only my opinion) that the insiders decided to buy KTR because they think that it will be a better investment, at least in the short term. I really wished that they would have bought GMA, but they chose KTR. That's it.
I did not say that the future is not looking bright, though I was hoping for way more actions in 2019. When is the last NR on separation? Even if it is published this coming Monday, I still feel that it takes a long long time. Was it in September?
Ok, I get it, I need to be patient, patient, patient... If I had a prize to give though, I would give it to GMA's shareholders as they are probably the most patient investors of the Venture Exchange.
Have a good weekend!
