does the bcustand alone as a breath testing device that will give real time results, on the roadside, in an attempt to determine thc consumption? When I first heard of it I figured it was just a vessel that you could blow in to carry the sample to a MS machine somewhere close. Reading the previous link it seems that there might be more to this bcu than I first thought. If it can determine thc, and how much, and indicate back to law enforcement that the breathsample is more than allowed by law and do this on the roadside in all kinds of weather and temperatures, then that is a thc breathalyzer that can gain some traction legally. Of course the lawmakers will have to determine and legislate a legal limit, just like the blood alcohol breathalyzers that are currently in use but don't determine how impaired the actual testee is. The mgs in breath will have to be arbitrarily set and agreed that anyone over a certain amount is deemed to have impairment. I don't know how much Yost technology is in the bcu device but it looks like they think this might have a market. glta and dyodd
