Hi Collin, few questions and one question/suggestion:
1) Why did you reprice? Who sees the shares being worth .65, rather than .70? Were the agents having trouble selling at this price? In your opinion, is this likely due to the recent share price downturn? Do you continue to believe that Halo is undervalued?
2) Why did Kiran quit the board of Namaste, was it to focus on Halo, or does he have priorities outside of Halo?
3) Why did you remove your investor presentation from the website, was something inaccurate?
4) Are there any other extractor companies who have a permanent license in California, if so who?
5) Does Evo, extractor who works with Harvest, perform extraction services in California.
6) Just a thought, but in my opinion, you website/logo/name need to be refreshed. If part of your strategy is creating brands, this would include portraying a strong brand of your own. I feel like your website/logo/name are dated/inferior to other extraction companies, namely Evo Labs, Valens, 1933, ect. Have you given any thought to an overall image revitalization? One thought was a name change to reflect what you company does, something like HaloCanna or HaloCanna Labs may be well received. Also your logo, it comes off as very dated. Any thought to modernizing? I know you are probably more focused on getting contracts but thought I would mention some small/inexpensive steps that could go a long was with investors perception.
ANSWERS
The price was marked in the context of the market and there was significantly more demand at $0.65. We continue to believe that Halo is extremely undervalued.
Kiran stepped down to focus on Halo.
We are reworking the presentations and took them down in the meantime. The presentation is back up listed under “Corproate Presentation”.
I would need time to compile a list of those licenses, I am not sure off the top of my head nor am I sure about Evo.
We are reworking our logo and branding. We have redone our presentation and will be adjusting the rest moving forward. We don’t want to create a brand per say, we focus most of our new business towards white label and we expect white labeling to take over a majority of our business. We have stated in interviews that Halo is not seeking to establish a set brand, but rather enter the market at a specific price point to control the market.
