RE:Will see Veritas movement once LIHT Cannabis repays the loan

RE:Will see Veritas movement once LIHT Cannabis repays the loanHow do you know it's already in the courts?  It will be about a 5-10 minute hearing in chambers.  Once LIHT is served with papers, they have 21 days to file a response, assuming their lawyer doesn't ask for more time (generally lawyers will give more time as a courtesy, but in this case they may not given that they need the cashflow).  In either case, the lawyers will need to schedule a date in court that works for both parties.  So, to say it's "in courts" is a little misleading.  I wouldn't expect to hear anything for at least another month.  Further, we don't actually know if LIHT has any assets.  I'm sure Veritas will be granted a one-day redemption period, which means if LIHT doesn't come up with the money before the hearing, Veritas can sell their assets immediately.  But who knows if the sale of LIHT's assets will procure 1 million.  I should hope that they wouldn't have lent more than there was equity in the property, but you never know.
