yeah the tv spot was pretty much the same and it was at 5 am pacific time.  Pretty sure it was on BNN.  It was just nice to see an awareness effort for those that don't know we exist, both for sales and investors.  
It is hard to say which companies are moving at which speed, but EAT has a lot of stalled out deals and I see new companies with products making themselves known to the investment world with ipo's and such, even US companies that aren't waiting for the FED announcement, but rather choosing to trust that the State law will protect them.  Some of those companies seem to be moving quickly and we don't.  Maybe we are close and have a solid plan which would be great but my read on this is that I am not the only one that gets disgruntled and would like to see and hear how our California effort is going.  glta and dyodd
