You are correct to be thinking about the mining costs as that will be an incredibly important factor.  People who think the price of Vanadium can't go lower are banking on higher consumption, but there is no long-term data on that - yet.  Right now historical trends paint the picture of where a mine needs to be in terms of costs. So I am feeling good that we have Mark on the team who has an understanding of the importance of this on the business end, and has experience building a cost-effective mine.
