Great news.
I do have a question though in regards to this:

UK-based SHARC Energy, a wholly owned European arm of Vancouver-based International Wastewater Systems Inc

I'm a little confused to why Sharc International is being referred to as "International Wastewater Sysytems"?

This may be very confusing to investors. I know I have seen this reference a couple of times now, just recently.

Could you explain this? I presume its a misprint?
