Currently they have a paten pending status for the technology in the US. Here in Canada we are waiting for health canadas office of medical cannabis to approve c02 foliar spray, (to not consider it a pesticide) in the US it is already allowed . There are 18 Canadian LP on the sidelines waiting for this to happen so that c02gro can conduct business with them.
