I agree, book value is high. They can do a number of asset sales to kick the can down the road a year or so. Could also do a rights offering. Admittedly Friday seemed to be a good day to buy some shares. When there's blood on the streets and people are fearful, time to be greedy. TD lowered their price target but kept their hold rating.
