Yes G1945v I know JD mentioned that BTI is now in a blackout period and I think it's something more critical than what you think. ..according to wickipedia. ..."Ablackout periodis aperiodof at least three consecutive business days, but not more than 60 days during which the majority of employees at a particular company are not allowed to make alterations to their retirement or investment plans. Ablackout periodusually occurs when major changes are being made to a plan." Note the words major changes.
