RE:RE:RE:It is believed the Potentiality is there for a higher bid. One simple reason.  The massive break fee in the latest accepted offer form the BOD.  It is a big deterent (and designed to be) to any competing bidders but my guess is it was also instrumental in getting the original bidder to raise their bid.
