RE:Quite happy to see M&A by Lazard as intermediary,awsome nameGood find long confused.  I  see that the deals done by Lazarus are acquistions of smaller companies.  Geesuz.  I thought that is what was coming down the pike.  Not a deal regarding co- development or commercialization but a take over.  

Is PLI telling us the facts yet?  It doesn't look like it.
