RE:BuyingTemertry did want out and this is the best way...there is no way he could have offered his shares on the open market, his only option was the 10% or so discount...its great time to buy if all remains the same, wont be long for npi to bounce right back up.

One thing is for sure there are no buyers currently looking at npi!
