You want to make sure the building is solid??? I'm sure they have codes for a structure like that. If I was you, take a trip to SEDAR and read up on the company and the team that is involved here. Melinda has a very good reputation in the horticulture field prior in getting into Cannabis. I'm sure RBC has done their DD prior to parting with $18.7 million.
