can someone take the time to explain what's involved with the warrants and how they will be affected by the transaction. Never traded warrants, but always opened to a good deal (that I can understand...) thx!

For the moment, I see this and don't see 4 year shelf life, but only one (feb 28 2020)....:

Expiration Date - February 28, 2020
